FAQ

ORDER PROCESSING: 

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed, except US Postal Service holidays. If we have any questions or concerns with your order, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours.

Flowermoon Boutique accepts a variety of payment methods including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express in addition to PayPal, Apple, and Shop Pay. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Flowermoon Boutique offers complimentary (FREE) First Class Mail Shipping (5-7 days) on all orders. There are upgrades available for faster shipping. Priority Mail upgrade (1-3 days) is available for $7.50.

Signature confirmation is required on orders with a value of $100.00 or more, as well as orders being sent to a name/address other than the card holder’s name and billing address. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but as a small retailer we take credit card fraud very seriously and take necessary actions to prevent it.

We do not ship internationally at this time and we do not ship internationally using Freight Forwarders.

BACK ORDERS:

We keep a large inventory at Flower Moon Boutique. However, on occasion, we do run into a situation where something is out of stock. If this occurs, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Flowermoon Boutique will happily accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the time you receive your shipment from us. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received or you will not receive a full refund. Flowermoon Boutique will not accept any returns where the item has a stain, tear, or mark that was not previously stated in the item description.

To ensure that you have a record of your return, please ship with the signature confirmation or a copy of your receipt of purchase. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking information. 

While Flowermoon Boutique strives to offer excellent customer service and quality control, we are human and occasionally make mistakes. In the event that you have received an item in error or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. We will ask you to provide photos with your claim.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and the original shipping cost will not be refunded unless there was a mistake on our end. In the event that we made a mistake with your order, you will be emailed a prepaid return shipping label. Once we can confirm your return is in transit back, your return/exchange will be shipped to you ( at Flowermoon Boutique’s expense).

MISSING PACKAGE:

If your package gets lost in the mail or your package is showing delivered but you still haven’t received it, please contact your local post office to check the GPS status of your package. You are welcome to contact us as well and we can assist by looking up the telephone number for your local post office if you can’t locate it.

The USPS should be able to locate the exact place your delivery was dropped off. If for some reason you have not received your order within three business days of the USPS showing it delivered, please file a claim with the USPS and we will happily refund you once you email us your claim information.
